Sapphique

SPOILER ALERT!!!

Finn has finally escaped Incarceron, a living prison, but it's memory haunts him. His oath-brother is still inside, along with Attia. Claudia insists he's the true heir to the throne, but he doubts his own identity. Question is, "Is he really the lost prince Giles, or are his memories merely another part of his construction? And can you really be free in a world that is almost void of change?

Inside Attia finds a crazy sorcerer, Rix, who found the Glove of Sapphique. The only thing that the prison had loved was Sapphique, and he had escaped the prison. Keiro and Attia are trying to get back to Finn, and eventually they do. And the prison wants out too.

But how does anything escape itself?

Sapphique is the sequel to Incarceron, and is even more mysterious than it. There were several places where I was shocked from my 'reading trance' because of what had happened. This is an amazing read, far better than Incarceron. Though there were a few places that I needed to reread - again - sometimes over, I give this book an A.

You see, since the Warden is stuck in Incarceron himself, he has no way of controlling it. He had given his watch to Jared, the Sapient, who gave it Claudia. The watch had a small silver cube hanging from its chain. The Warden explains to Jared - who explains to Claudia - that the cube is Incarceron. They don't tell Finn till near the end of the book.

Do you have to read the first book to be able to understand the second book?

It was a really good report... but I wish you would have given more of an explaination... so yeah! But great job, and oh yes. Would I like it. Girl, inot adventure, not into war or suffering...

you don't really have to read the first book to understand it, (it would be easier to understand though) since it explains some of the first book already.
