Trapped

Trapped is a book written by Michael Northrop and an exceptional book it is. I love it so much because the way the author puts it just makes you want to read more and never stop reading the book until you have finished reading it. Be warned though because it has information about puberty throughout the book, but there isn't much.

Trapped is about 7 high school students and 1 teacher trapped inside Tattawa High School whilst a blizzard is going on outside.
Everyone wants to get home badly and when they see what they think his headlights Mr Gossell decides to make the decision of a life time and go check it out. He never returned and that meant that the 7 students who were left were stuck in the school until the blizzard went away or their parents came to pick them up.

They tried to contact their parents via phone, but the service was bad and every time they sent a text it would still be trying to send for a long time. What made matters worst is that the power went out, so that means the light form outside and the emergency lights were their only function of light.

After a while they all decided to go to their lockers and find anything that is warm because they are sure that the heaters weren't on anymore, and something that they could all eat because they were going to have to spend the night there for sure.

Trapped is a very interesting book and has a lot of things that you weren't expecting. One of them is how they sleep at the school for more then one night and the whole time it is snowing. Another reason why it is interesting is because the snow piles so high it is above 8 feet off the ground when 10 feet is the height of the hall way, so they won't be able to see out anymore when it reaches that height. Imagine how many snow plows will be digging all the snow out and imagine how long that would take.

When you start reading the book you automatically know that the characters in the book are going to survive the blizzard because one of the characters is telling his story and what happened while they were at the school. If you choose to read Trapped you will love it, I promise.
